What Are Some Fast Ways To Level In World Of Warcraft?

I was just wondering if there is a faster way to level besides doing quests and the like. Ive seen people talk about powerleveling and all that jazz but i was just wondering if there is a patch or something out there that will help me level faster and WONT get my account banned.
