You know how Keamy tied up Jin at about 3:12 ? Well during the episode im pretty sure i heard him say something like, “I’m gonna strap you in here just in case you figure out whats about to happen to your island.” Any body else here that in the episode?
@ettelchocolate good question. I think one reason is because Locke’s influence has a great impact especially with the people who he used to know. For example, Locke and Claire were good friends before everything started. E.G–locke made a crib. Another reason is that he was the chosen leader after Ben got exiled.

@ettelchocolate The MIB needed a body from a candidate, or rather the “other´s” leader, to get richard to lead him to jacob and to talk Ben into killing jacob. When Jacob was killed ,the black smoke stuck to the body…
this episode is pretty lame.
Still I don’t understand why Black Smoke has got a Lock’s body :-S

i think having seen episode 11 its quite clear the flash sideways is one dominated by the mib island sank he left and everyone got what he promised them,i.e sayid gets nadia ben gets his dads approval eloise son daniel is still alive and widmore finally respects desmond,but the reality is too “perfect” and its all about to crash and burn.
