Lucid Dreams on Discovery Channel

Human Body : Pushing The Limits – Brain Power. The ending segment on dreams. For information on lucid dreaming and instructional playlists see my channel. Please rate and comment. A few things to try when your up to it. -Teleport to other worlds: -Pilot a ufo: -the galaxies: It’s thought that the ‘on button’ to dreams is likely DMT or similar endogenous chemicals, as it’s presents in the brain rises at night peaking around 4 am. When taken artificially dmt portals you to realms of pure information inhabited by “self-transforming machine elves.” Once you begin lucid dreaming ask yourself… (slightly out of contex, but a great question none the less!) “We are just at the brink of taking these various pieces of the god magician puzzle and putting them together, and figuring out, well what can you do? What do you do, if you can do anything? That’s really the question at the end of history…Once you have overcome all limitation …What is the human agenda?” -Terence Mckenna

(was only 8, remember that.) and then after awhile i thought it was real. she said she loved me. then i asked myself “am i dreaming?!” and suddenly everything went black and i knew it was a dream.

@wolfcrab Everyone has sleep paralysis everynight. It usually only lasts for about five-ten seconds. Not a big deal at all. Yes, you panic a bit during, but after you’re completely relaxed.

This happened to me once when I was around 10… I’ve always wanted it to happen again. I finally figured out how to fly- the only problem was, I started to wake up. I also figured out how to end nightmares, but that’s about the extent of it now. I’d love to make it an every-night thing- dude, that’s insane. I’d fly around every night, wherever I wanted…

@krisandadamluvr I have experienced the ‘Dark side’ of lucid dreaming a few times as well, they normaly started with a black ‘demon’ looking thing floating infront of me & then I freeze up & experience extreme fear, my heart beats very fast, it feels like I’m going to die even though I am aware it’s not ‘real’ after around 30 seconds of trying to move I break free. I do not beleive it is actually something evil, more like your fear literally taking over you in a certain state of mind.

@zombiehunter96 here is a weird thing. when i was in 6th grade. my dream and my 2 best friends dream were all the same. its like our dreams connected. and we all remembered it until we woke up… and now im already 15. i can now control my dreams. if i want this in my dream. i just have to realize that im dreaming and this is what i want to happen. plus now i could remember the dreams that i controlled. almost all of them. hehe

@fullbloodedLSGH23 Try telling yourself not to wake up whenever that happens.
If you say a command out loud in a lucid dream it usually influences the dream itself.
