Contact 1and1 and ask them to cancel your domain registration. Or just not use it.
Are you sure this is what you want to do? If you “delete it”, someone else might just grab it and use it.
If I am understanding you correctly, you have registered to ‘own’ a domain that you no longer wish to own. If that’s what you’re saying, there’s not really anything that you need to do other than to allow the domain registration period to expire, after which time someone else can register the domain or it will become inactive.
