I suggest you’d better not do that, or you will regret to do so. Your bf will be mad if you delete/cancel his account unless he asked you to do so. I pretty sure about this. If you do not want him to play too much, you could talk to him and tell him your feeling.

You can log into the site & deactivate it, but that won’t stop him from reactivating it. You can log into the game and delete all his characters, but that wont stop him from reporting it hacked & getting them back.
No matter what, that you want to do this tells me that there is something wrong that can’t be fixed by messing w/ his WoW. If its simply that he’s addicted to it, you can only help him if he’s willing to accept that he has an addiction. Anything else, you come across as an immature b***, for either throwing a hissy fit for not getting your way (presumably his undivided attention) or for staying w/ an a*** who can’t prioritize and manage time appropriately.
Doing anything to his account will only compound whatever problems are already there. (& if there were NO problems, you wouldn’t be asking this question.)

I have to join the chorus and sing the “Don’t even think about it” song.
Why would you want to do such a thing? He surely put a lot of time and effort into his character(s). But it you are just looking for a way to make him really pissed off, then changing the account password is the way to go. Be prepared for the consequences.

You cant Delete it, as others have said you can only inactivate it or change his password. But that is a very childish and mean thing to do. Do you really think he will be ok with those actions? If you have a problem with him playing you need to address the issue with him. If he will not make time for you then you might want to reevaluate your relationship with him. but stooping to such a low level will solve nothing.

you cant delete it just cancel his subscription, or change his password
the first will result in wasted money
the second will result in instant death,

you dont!!!!!! you evil wicked person! if anything change the password or something but if you delete his WoW account then he will either break up with you or kill you. you would deserve no less than the latter, however to change his password for a short peroid of time until you work something out, then go to worldofwacraft.com then on left click manage account and log in. if you need to click forgot password and have it e-mailed then when you have the password log in under manage account and change it, but if you delete his account my advice is to run and never stop running.

    you can’t
    but honestly
would you rather him be on his computer (where you know he is safe, and not cheating)
or out and about being with different women.
    let him play
even if it is to make sure you know where he is at
maybe even learn how to play?
    give it a week
    learn
and see how you like it
    tauren hunters are fun

You cannot delete an account, you can only inactivate it.
To do this, go to the Account Management page and cancel the subscription for the account.

That’s a bit of an *** move. Why would you do that? First off, you can’t really delete it. You can go to Blizzard’s website, and cancel his subscription (which does that) but he can get it back any time he wants.

Do not delete his account, just change the password.

Create a random line of numbers and letters, highlight the middle section and copy and paste into a the new password in WOW change password.
That way the account stays open, he still gets charged and he can not delete the account.
Have fun and watch his reaction.

If you reallly want to be mean, access his account and go into all his characters and delete them. That way he has to start all over again, which is really frustrating.
