Can World Of Warcraft Patches Download While My Computer Is In Hibernate?

I’m downloading a very large patch, and I don’t want to leave to computer active. Will the patch download if I put my computer in hibernate while I sleep?

Nope. Hibernation writes everything in the computer’s memory disk and basically shuts it down. When you resume from hibernation; memory is read back from disk.
Nothing gets written into disk when in hibernation.

World of Warcraft next major patch will include a host of new textures for two major forms, cat and bear. And also we are glad that there will be five different designs for each of the forms on both Horde and Alliance.
    Night elves
Night elves can choose to change their cat and bear look at any time they want. The only thing need to do is visiting the barber shop and changing your character’s hair color.
    Tauren
Tauren will be able to change which look by switching skin tones in the barber shop – a new feature for tauren in the next major content patch. Given that there are more hair colors and skin tones than unique form looks, some colors and tones will overlap with these new textures.
In most of the time, the hair and skin colors chosen will correspond with the color seen in the look of each form. Some similar colors that may share a particular cat texture will not necessarily share the same bear texture.

No. When a computer is in hibernation mode, it’s essentially powered down to minimal power usage.
There’s no harm in keeping your computer running over night. My systems are on 24/7.
