Are There Any Free Mmorpgs Similar To World Of Warcraft?

I can’t play World of Warcraft sometimes due to lag from either a family member using the computer. I want to know if anyone knows any MMORPGs similar to World of Warcraft’s:
-leveling character
-classes to choose from
-grouping up for dungeons or raids(grouping up to kill bosses, groups of 5,10,25)
-items
-etc.
Please and Thank You =)

Yes. Infact, most WoW play this game.
    Perfect World International.http://pwi.perfectworld.com/
3 Different races, each has a male and female type. Each race able to choose from 3 different classes in fighting style. Meaning, depending on how you spend your status points you can be either a Warrior, Mage or Archer type.
The races are complex in their individuality. Meaning, only the Venomancer (fox) race can tame and use monsters/animals in battle.
Venomancers and Werebeasts are able to change into their beast forms. Venomancers into foxes, Beasts into white tigers.
The Elves have wings from the start and are able to fly anywhere, quite literally.
The graphics are pretty awesome. Some would even say better then WoW if you’re able to play with all graphic settings on maximum.
    And so much more.
Oh, and its free to play.
BTW, there is no other game that is similar to WoW except for Perfect World International, or that is even close to being as good (for this type of game that is, ones that have furries and such)

Runescape. although you’ll feel ‘different’ playing it after playing WoW.
