Check the box for "Run this program..." and select Windows XP Service Pack 2. Click Apply, then OK. Try using Vent. Make sure the key you use for PTT isn't already mapped to something in WoW. Disable the in-game voice chat system if no one in your party, etc. uses it, just in case there's a conflict. Hope this helps! I’d check the following:
