What Is That Bright Glowing Armor In Wow, And How Can I Get It?

It’s yellow and looks like rays of light are beaming from it. I’ve seen someone walking around with a whole set once. I want to think it has something to do with the Shattered Sun Offensive, since there’s a Dranei in Shattrath, next to the Sunwell Plateau, wearing just the shoulders.

    Not sure exactly but have you gone to the Sunwell Plateau for yourself? They have a few quartermasters there that might have what you need.
