Profession trainers are in the major cities and usually also in some smaller cities as well. Talk to them to learn. You can only have 2 of the primary professions, but you can have all of the Secondary professions (First Aid, Fishing and Cooking).
teachers theach them if ur horde, go 2 orgrimaar, if ur alliance, go 2 stormwind there’s about 2 of each profession trainers there
you need to find a profession trainer, just talk to a guard, he will tell you where to go.
