How Do You Play Sounds Over The Wow Server For Everyone To Hear?

I am using arcemu server and want to play the brewfest sound server wide. I know .playall but I don’t know how to use the proper syntax.

    Sorry, but it is not possible to a user to make a sound play server wide unless it is a triggered event on the server side.
    However, you can play sound files locally on your computer, check out the source link below for the proper syntax and examples.
