1. Install Vent onto ur computer.
2. Make sure the people u want to talk to in world of warcraft have it installed too.
3. Make a server in ventrilo, or join a friends server (if u already know u talk using servers in vent)
4. Make a hot key, hot key is a key that when u hold it, it lets other people ear wat u say. (The best hot key is the button on ur mouse)
5. Turn on WOW and talk all u want

You have to either make a private server or join one of your friends. What you do is you bring up ventrilo enter the server id and password, then you will be chatting with whoever is in there. Then you just bring up World of Warcraft and you will be able to run both. If someone in the game wants to chat with you, just give them the server id and password.

You just open Vent, log into your server, then open WoW, and there ya go. Choose a hotkey that you can use while playing, like I use ctrl.
