I’ve played EQ, EQ2 and WoW, and I was playing EQ1 way before WoW! You’re a fool, and your comment just pushed me to reply to this thread!
The first EQ was released 10 years ago! The second EQ was released 5 years later, and WoW was also released that year (same time of year in fact)!
Now that we have that cleared up lol…
You can play Perfect World online, you might be pleased to hear that the characters are more physically customizable than they are with WoW (this being the only benefit it has over WoW). You will have to download it from the Internet (like any decent online game) but it’s completely free.
It’s not as good as WoW, but it’s definitely a good second option.

Try Dungeon Runners, it a free game from NCsoft that is quite funny. Its a parody of MMOs.
-To the guy that claims EverQuest is a rip off of World of warcraft:
Please use some googling skills or know what you are talking about before you post. I have been playing W.o.W. for years but guess what came BEFORE it? That’s right EVERQUEST. Also, Fallout 3, the great game that it is, is not like W.o.W.
